*One Press with each Implement. Fastest to complete Medley Wins

*These are the minimum beginning weights for each class. Women's weights will jump in 25lbs. Men's weights jump in 50lbs.

--Deadlift/Load Event--

Athlete will load cart with three implements and deadlift the card for as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Most reps in 60 seconds wins. Office weights TBD.

--Power Stairs--

Three Steps. Three Implements. Take one step at a time. Once one implement is to the top, get the second implement and so on. Fastest time to get all three implements to the top wins.

--Thor's Hammer-

Static Hold event. Depending on the hammer(s) we have, the athlete will either hold a hammer in each hand extended fully to the side or hold one hammer straight in front of body with both hands. In both scenarios, the athlete that holds the hammer(s) the longest wins.
