This meet is held during the 2019 UPA Raw Powerlifting Championships. Same building, in the exhibit hall right next door.

Eligibility: This will be a USS sanctioned meet. Competitors will need the respective sanctioning bodies membership in order to compete in this meet. There is a ticket option available to purchase your USS membership. You will be able to pick that up at the meet.

Weigh Ins: May 3rd 3-8pm and Day of Meet-Saturday May 4th @ 7am-9am at the Grand River Center.

Rules Meeting: Saturday May 4th 9:30 am

Event Start Time: Saturday May 4th 10am

Power Stairs

Carry Medley: Husafell, Frame, Duck Walk

Awards: Trophies given to 1st-3rd place in each division

Entry Fees: $50 Early Entry. $65 after 4/5/19.
