ELIGIBILITY: Open to all USS registered athletes. Must show proof of USS MEMBERSHIP at weigh in. All entries in USS sanctioned events must have a valid USS registration. Fee is $30 registration is available online through USS directly at: https://secure.getmeregistered.com/register.php?event_id=128723&c=&start_over=yes or can be purchased during sign up.

WEIGH-IN: Friday April 17th 11a-2p/5p-8p at Earned Not Given Barbell and Saturday April 19th 7:00a-8:30a at the Grand River Center * The Grand River Center 500 Bell St. Dubuque, IA 52001 

EVENT START TIME: Saturday April 18th, 9:30 AM 

Rules Meeting: Saturday April 18th, 9:00 AM 

EVENTS:  1. Axel OHP H2H reps/min 2. Squat for reps/min 3. Conans Wheel distance. 90 sec limit 4. Truck Pull (50ft) hand over hand 5. Hercules Hold for time 

AWARDS: Cash Prize for 1st place in Men’s & Women’s Open division by weight class. Awards for 2nd place Open. 1st Place Awards for Novice Divisions.  ENTRY FEE: $80 *Same day edntries will be accepted. 

MEET HOTEL: Grand Harbor Resort & Water Park. The meet site (Grand River Center) is connected by sky walk to Grand Harbor Resort & Water Park. SPECTATOR FEE: $10 at the door Sat. & $10 at the door Sunday or $15 for both days . **Children 10 and under - free/ lifters are only free for their day to lift. Coaches and handlers are not free.**  

*This event is taking place along side the UPA $PRO/AM$ Powerlifting meet. The UPA meet is a two day event. The USS Meet is Saturday Only.
